Gloria’s approach to Tai Chi Chuan might best be described as; student centred with the pursuit of excellence within the spirit of Wu Wei, or as she might say herself , “The natural development of beauty, correctness and dynamism, for you.”
She is an internal arts teacher with passion, knowledge and understanding who is warm and approachable.

Gloria is an advanced level instructor with the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
She qualified as head teacher with the Golden Rooster Institute of Chinese Internal Arts after 12 years of study including a rigorous 3 year internship as student teacher, where she was taught to teach the systems she studied to people of all levels and abilities, and was subject to strict monitoring and evaluation.
She is qualified in a number of Daoist Qigong systems, and WuDang Tai Chi Chuan.
She enjoys the long hand form and Tai Chi Jian (straight sword) in particular, but also practices the Tai Chi Qiang (spear) Dao (sabre) and Tui Shou (pushing hands) she continues her studies with diligence and enthusiasm and maintains her teaching in the UK and Europe.
Gloria is happy to teach one to one or small groups by arrangement.
She can also offer workshops or demonstrations if required.
